This is a great pan!
Our family loves to make Aebleskivers for special occasions (or on a weekend just because). It's caught on in our extended family and now everyone wants an aebleskiver pan. I think it's important to have case iron (not non stick). The cooking surface maintains its heat and heats evenly. This particular pan was especially nice because it came pre-seasoned.
